These is another good recipe from my Grandma , I enjoy this for lunch or for a dinner meal.

Ingredients

1 c
cornmeal
1 c
water, boiling
1 can(s)
salmon
1
egg ; well beaten
3/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix together : cornmeal , water and the salmon.

2Then add the egg and salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix well : Make spoon patties and place into a fry pan.
Fry SLOWLY on both sides.

4Place on a platter and sprinkle with some grated cheese.
Garnish with a tomato.
