- garlic cloves, minced or chopped

1First clean & butterfly each shrimp. In a small pot melt the butter with garlic, salt & pepper.
2Then in a medium frying pan over low heat add the shrimp. Cook a little under cook. The shrimp should just be turning pink.
3Then pour the melted butter mix over shrimp & let simmer for only a few mins more.
