"Fried" Fish Fillets are just like the fried fish you were used to growing up as a kid, except they aren't fried! These are breaded & baked fish fillets that have a perfect crunch on the outside & tenderness on the inside. They'll never know it's not "fried".

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds thick fish fillets (your favorite), cut bite size
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- TOPPING:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, dry
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make "fried" fish fillets

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2Place fish pieces in ungreased shallow 2 qt casserole dish.

Step 3Whisk milk into flour in small saucepan until no lumps remain.

Step 4Add dill weed, salt & pepper. Heat & stir until boiling & thickened. Pour over fish.

Step 5FOR TOPPING: Melt margarine in small saucepan. Mix in remaining 5 ingredients. Sprinkle over sauce.

Step 6Bake, uncovered, for about 40 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.
