Ingredients

1/4 c
chopped celery
1/4 c
chopped onion
4 Tbsp
butter
2 or 3 Tbsp
flour (level spoon)
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 Tbsp
ground pepper & lemon pepper
1/2 Tbsp
tarragon
1/2 Tbsp
basil, dried
2 Tbsp
shreeded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 lb
tilapia fillets

Directions Step-By-Step

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. In a small skillet, saute celery and onion in butter for 10 minutes until tender. Drop heat to low, and add salt, peppers, tarragon, garlic, lemon juice, basil, and flour. Mix for 5 minutes until thickened.

Please fillets in 8 x 12 baking dish, and spoon sauce and cheese over fish. Bake for 12 minutes.

Best served over rice.
