Pan Fry

Ingredients

20 lb
fish fillets
6 lb
bacon
1/4 lb
soda crackers, rolled
8 oz
pkg mortons poultry and sausage seasoning
2 c
powdered milk
2 c
water

Directions Step-By-Step

Grind fish fine - twice through grinder if necessary.
Grind the bacon.

Combine all ingredients.
Shape into rolls.
Freeze.

Slice while frozen and fry; or can be put into sausage casings and smoked.
