Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish fillets
- 2 medium green onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 20 saltine crackers, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fish sausage patties

Step 1Put fillets through meat grinder. Mix all ingredients together. Make into patties and fry like hamburger.
