Pan Fry

Ingredients

2 lb
fish fillets
2 medium
green onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp
sage
1/4 tsp
garlic salt
1/4 tsp
celery salt
1 tsp
lemon juice
20
saltine crackers, crushed
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Put fillets through meat grinder.
Mix all ingredients together.
Make into patties and fry like hamburger.
