Ingredients

1/2 lb
fresh fish filets
1/4 stick
butter
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1
curry powder
1
cayenne
1
minced garlic
1
seasoned salt
1/2 tsp
chicken bouillon
2 Tbsp
water

Step-By-Step

1Put filets in microwave safe baking dish.

2Sprinkle with lemon juice, assorted spices and bouillon.

3Place butter on top of filets, so it will melt over them.

4Add a little water, cover with plastic wrap and punch with holes.

5Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until fish will flake with a fork.
