12 oz
lump crab meat
1/2 c
water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 c
soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
1 tsp
dried parsley
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
3 Tbsp
mayonnaise, light
vegetable cooking spray
lemon slices
green onion


1Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

2Shape crabmeat mixture into 8 patties.

3Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.

4Add crabmeat patties, and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides, turning once.

5Transfer to a serving platter.

6If desired, garnish with lemon wedges and green onion.
