I used to get this fish every time I went to our local Cafeteria. This so easy and delicious. This is a must try!

white cod or white fish
1/2 c

flour
3 1/2 - 4 c

mayo
To Taste

lemon pepper seasoning
Garnish

dried parsley flakes
1/8 - 1/4 c

water

How To Make fantastic baked fish

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Coat fish with flour, shaking off excess.

Combine Mayo And Lemon Pepper.

Spread mayo mixture evenly on top of fish.

Sprinkle with Parsley

Place in baking pan large enough to hold in a single layer. Carefully pour water around fish to 1/8 inch depth, without wetting the toppings.

Bake approximately twenty minutes or until fish flakes when tested with fork and top is light golden brown.
