Easy Mini-Salmon Burgers
saltine cracker crumbs
1Trim canned salmon of large bones and skin as desired.
2Mix well with other ingredients, except oil.
3Form into 3" x 1/2" patties and fry lightly in oil until golden brown.
4Makes approximately 12 mini- salmon burgers. Serves 4 as an appetizer or 2 as a main course.
