|1 tsp||salt,pepper and everglade seasoning|
|1 c||yellow cornmeal|
SOAK FISH IN MILK FOR ABOUT 30 MINS THEN DRAIN.
PUT CORNMEAL IN A BOWL WITH A LID AND PUT THE SEASONINGS AND SHAKE.REMOVE LID PUT THE FISH IN ,PUT THE LID ON AND SHAKE.
DROP IN HOT OIL COOK ABOUT 5 MINS.TOTAL.
SERVE WITH LEMON,TARTER SAUCE AND FRIES.ENJOY!!!!
