THIS FISH IS VERY LIGHT AND DOES NOT HAVE A FISHY FLAVOR.

Ingredients

nice size thin filets (cut into 2x2 pieces)
canola to deep fry
1 tsp
salt,pepper and everglade seasoning
1/2 c
milk
1 c
yellow cornmeal

Directions Step-By-Step

SOAK FISH IN MILK FOR ABOUT 30 MINS THEN DRAIN.

PUT CORNMEAL IN A BOWL WITH A LID AND PUT THE SEASONINGS AND SHAKE.REMOVE LID PUT THE FISH IN ,PUT THE LID ON AND SHAKE.

DROP IN HOT OIL COOK ABOUT 5 MINS.TOTAL.

SERVE WITH LEMON,TARTER SAUCE AND FRIES.ENJOY!!!!
