Crab Broccoli Casserole

broccoli, frozen or fresh bunch
Drain crab and set aside.
Cook broccoli until almost tender and arrange in the bottom of greased 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with grated cheese.
Melt 1/4 cup of butter and saute the onion; add flour, curry powder and salt.
Gradually stir in milk; cook until thickened, then stir in lemon juice and add crab.
Pour over broccoli and cheese in casserole.
Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
NOTE: This is a good dish to use imitation crabmeat, if you would prefer. Also does nicely in individual casseroles.
