These patties are to die for.
I know clams are expensive, But they are worth every penny.

Ingredients

1 c
hopped clams plus 1/2 cup clam juice
1/2 c
dry italian bread crumbs
3
eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c
flour
1
chopped and sauted onion
flour for sprinkling

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Form 6 patties. then sprinkle some flour over the top and bottom of the patties. Freeze them until they are very firm, but not frozen. place then in a cast iron skilit and fry with a little oil. both sides until a light golden brown.
