CHILI LIME TALAPIA -- BONNIE'S SLOW COOKER RECIPE

- talapia fillets, rinsed and blot dry.
- cups of frozen corn
- cup of mayonnaise
- teaspoon zest
- tablespoons lime juice
- teaspoon chili powder, gebhardt's
- teaspoon mccormick season all
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon black pepper
- squares of tinfoil and pam spray
Combine: Mc Cormick Season All, pepper, salt, zest, lime juice, chili powder, and mayonnaise
Spray the foil with pam. Place the fish on the foil. Spoon the mixture on the fish evenly. Put the corn on top, and then seal the foil packets tightly so steam doesn't escape.
Place the foil packets in the slow cooker. Cook for 3 hours on low setting. No peeking!
