Ingredients

4
catfish, halibut, grouper, or snapper fish fillets
3 Tbsp
butter
1/2 c
green onions minced
2 clove
garlic minced
1/2 lb
crab meat fresh chopped
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1/4 c
heavy cream
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley minced
1 tsp
cajun seasoning
salt and pepper

SAUCE

1/2 c
dry white wine
1/3 c
butter
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
cajun seasoning
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1Melt butter in skillet. Saute onions and garlic until soft. Remove from heat. Stir in crabmeat, bread crumbs, heavy cream parsley, cajun seasoning and salt and pepper.

2Lay one fillet in sprayed baking pan. Top with half the stuffing mixture. Lay another fillet on top. Repeat with other two fillets.

3In a saucepan mix the sauce ingredients together until well incorporated. Pour over fillets and bake at 350 degrees in oven for about 30 minutes. Basting with sauce.

4Cut fillets in half serve with sauce over top
