Ingredients

2 lb
tilapia fillets
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
onion powder
1 Tbsp
paprika
1 Tbsp
cayenne pepper
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
black pepper
1/2 stick
butter
1/4 c
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1pat dry the tilapia fillets
2combine all the dry ingredients
3generously put on the fillets, in a large skillet put on high till smoking....put in half the butter and half the olive oil...sear in two batches about 2 minutes each side.
