1 cbeer batter seafood batter mix

1 Tbspold bay seasoning

2/3 cbeer

1 1/2 lbcod fillets (or other favorite fish), cut into bite sized pieces

flour tortillas

salsa
How To Make beer battered fish tacos

1Heat oil in deep fryer.

2Mix beer batter mix & seasoning in a medium bowl. Add beer; stir until smooth.

3Dip fish, into batter. Shake off excess. Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, 3 - 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining batter & fish. Drain on paper towels.

4Serve in a flour tortilla with salsa.
