Beer Battered Fish Tacos

Ingredients

vegetable oil
1 c
beer batter seafood batter mix
1 Tbsp
old bay seasoning
2/3 c
beer
1 1/2 lb
cod fillets (or other favorite fish), cut into bite sized pieces
flour tortillas
salsa

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oil in deep fryer.

Mix beer batter mix & seasoning in a medium bowl. Add beer; stir until smooth.

Dip fish, into batter. Shake off excess. Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, 3 - 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining batter & fish. Drain on paper towels.

Serve in a flour tortilla with salsa.
