Beer Battered Fish Tacos

- vegetable oil
- 1 c
- beer batter seafood batter mix
- 1 Tbsp
- old bay seasoning
- 2/3 c
- 1 1/2 lb
- cod fillets (or other favorite fish), cut into bite sized pieces
- flour tortillas
1Heat oil in deep fryer.
2Mix beer batter mix & seasoning in a medium bowl. Add beer; stir until smooth.
3Dip fish, into batter. Shake off excess. Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, 3 - 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining batter & fish. Drain on paper towels.
4Serve in a flour tortilla with salsa.
