Ingredients
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil, extra-virgin
- 1 teaspoon cilantro, dried
- 1/4 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces lump crab meat
- 2 avocados
- SERVE ON (OPTIONAL):
- salad greens
How To Make avocado & crab salad

Step 1In a medium bowl, combine onion, juice, oil, cilantro, sour cream, mayo, salt & pepper; stir to combine. Add crab & toss well.

Step 2Cut avocado open, remove pit & with big spoon, spoon out avocado. Cut into large chunks & add to crab mixture. Mix carefully, DO NOT MASH THE AVOCADO. If desired, spoon back into avocado shells & eat away or lay on a bed of salad greens & enjoy!
