Ingredients For angelic tilapia

FISH:
6 - 8

fillets, tilapia, cod, catfish, shark, snapper, or mahi-mahi
SAUCE MIXTURE:
2 stick

butter, room temperature
1/2 c

mayonnaise, fat-free
1 c

parmesan cheese
1/2 c

scallions, chopped
1 Tbsp

paprika
1 tsp

kosher salt
1 tsp

pepper
1/3 c

sriracha hot sauce or chili sauce

How To Make angelic tilapia

Mix all ingredients in together in mixing bowl. Spread evenly over your favorite fish fillets, then top with parmesean cheese & pop in the broiler on HIGH for 5 minutes. Yields enough to cover 6-8 fish fillets......ENJOY!
