Ingredients For zumba southwestern chicken burger
- BURGER:

1 1/2 tspolive oil, extra virgin, divided

1 Tbsponion, chopped
-
1 Tbspgreen bell pepper, chopped

1 Tbspblack beans
-
1/4 tspcumin
-
3 ozground chicken breast
-
1whole wheat hamburger bun
-
1/4 mdavocado, sliced
-
1/2chipotle pepper in adobo seasoning, minced (optional)

pepper, to taste
- SALAD:
-
1 clettuce leaves
-
1/4 ccucumber, chopped
-
1/4 ctomato, chopped
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make zumba southwestern chicken burger

1Preheat 1 tsp oil in saute pan over medium heat. Add onions & saute for 2 minutes, add peppers & cook for 3 more minutes. Add black beans, chipotle & cumin & cook 2 - 3 minutes. Place vegetable mixture aside to cool.

2Combine chicken & vegetables & form into a patty, season both sides with pepper. Heat remaining oil in pan. Cook burger until internal temperature is 165 degrees F (4 minutes on each side). Place burger on bun, top with avocado & serve with side salad.
