Zesty Italian Chicken

- 3 to 3 1/2 lb
- cut up broiler-fryer chicken pieces
- 1/4 c
- mayo or salad dressing (not reduced fat or fat-free)
- 1/4 c
- zesty italian dressing
- 1 tsp
- dried italian seasoning
1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken, skin sides down, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2. Salt & pepper to taste.
2Mix remaining ingredients. Brush half of mayo mixture over chicken.
3Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining mayo mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
4(If chicken begins to brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.) Discard any remaining mayo mixture.
