I was looking through recipes for dinner that included chicken, nothing caught my eye. I thought of mexican but didn't have ingredients that most recipes called for. After looking through numerous recipes, I gave up and decided to wing it! I dug in the pantry and this is what I came up with. It came out very tasty and both me and my husband loved it! This will definately be a commonly used recipe in our house!

Mix thoroughly, add a little more Bisquick if too thin. Spread Bisquick mixture into baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; remove aluminum foil and return to oven until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned, approximately 3-6 minutes but watch constantly, as all ovens are diffenerent.
