family size boneless skinless chicken breasts
onion , sliced
1 to 2 tsp
of minced garlic from the jar
8 to 10 slice
of pepper bacon diced
2 to 4
boil in bag brown or white rice
salt and peper to taste
1 to 2 pkg
chicken gravy mix

1Take your chicken and cut into chunnks set aside for the moment . in a large pot , pan or electric skillet add your diced pepper bacon, your onions, and your minced garlic, add about half of your chicken stock , and bring to a slight simmer
2once it starts to simmer add your chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink add your two packs of the chicken gravy mix and the rest of your chicken stock .
3in a separted pot boil your bags of rice following what is said on the box . once your rice is cook . remove the rice from the bags place your rice into your serveing dish and top with your chicken mixture as i like to call and serve ... its yummy and oh so good .. enjoy !
