white bean chili in the crock

You can either cook a pot of beans on the stove or use canned beans. I have even added a pkg. of cubed cooked potatoes in the beans.

Ingredients For white bean chili in the crock

  • 1 c
    chopped or cubed chicken or ham
  • 3 can
    white beans (navy or other)
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1 small can
    green chilies
  • 1/2 c
    grated colby or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and 1/8 t. pepper

How To Make white bean chili in the crock

  • 1
    add ingredients in order listed either in a pan on stove or in crockpot except cheese. Heat and serve or put in a crockpot for later adding a little more liquid as needed.

    When serving top each with cheese and crumble bacon on top of cheese.
