- skinless boneless cooked chicken breast cut into 1/2 " pieces
- 1 oz
- chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c
- chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp
- each sour cream, mayo, and lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 dash(es)
- small apple,cored and cut into 1/2
1Soak raisins in hot water until plump, then drain.
In medium bowl, combine chicken, apple, walnuts, celery,raisins and lemon juice.
In small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper; pour over chicken mixture and toss thoroughly to combine.
