This recipe calls for chicken wings but I think it would be just as good with thighs. Very flavorful on the grill.

chicken bouillon granules

sriracha sauce

honey

cooking oil
1/2 c
pureed shallots

rice wine vinegar

whole jumbo chicken wings or thighs

cilantro leaves for garnish

roasted peanuts, chopped for garnish

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine first 7 ingredients and marinade the chicken in the mixture overnight. Place chicken on the grill until done. Top with garnishes.
