Texas Two-Step Chicken Picante

- chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 1/2 c
- picante sauce or thick and chunky salsa
- 3 Tbsp
- packed light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp
- dijon-style mustard
1Place chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour over chicken.
2Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with hot cooked rice if desired.
