I had left over chicken breast that I used for this so that it didnot go to waste.OMG,It was delicious!I almost felt like I went out to eat.

Ingredients

1 lb
chicken breast,cubed like
1/2 c
teriyaki baste and glaze
3 Tbsp
lemon juice

16 oz. frozen broccoli,carrots,water chestnuts,and red peppers
hot cooked rice

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray.Heat over medium-high heat.Add chicken,stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.

Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.Heat to boiling,stirring constantly;reduce heat.Cover and simmer about 6 minutes .Serve with rice.
