Sweet & Spicy Wings

- 2-3 lbs of chicken wings
- flour, seasoned with salt & pepper
- canola oil
- 1 can coca-cola
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup franks hot sauce
- 1-2 pats of butter
1Heat oil in a large pot on the stove top or deep fryer to 350 degrees. Clean wings and roll in flour. Fry for about 10-12 minutes. Drain excess oil off on paper towels.
2In a separate pot add sauce ingredients and simmer while wisking until ketchup has thinned out.
3Toss wings and sauce in a bowl then serve with ranch or bleu cheese. (Sauce will thicken on wings).
