Heat oil in a large pot on the stove top or deep fryer to 350 degrees. Clean wings and roll in flour. Fry for about 10-12 minutes. Drain excess oil off on paper towels.
In a separate pot add sauce ingredients and simmer while wisking until ketchup has thinned out.
Toss wings and sauce in a bowl then serve with ranch or bleu cheese. (Sauce will thicken on wings).
