Hi Stacey,
I would mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 1/4 cup cold water until smooth...pour into crockpot and stir. It should thicken in a couple of minutes. You can also use flour and water to thicken the juices if you don't have cornstarch.

Thanks Carol! It's been cooking over 5 hours and looks like a watery mess. Not sure how to thicken the juices, any ideas?

Hi Stacey,
Yes, I cooked the chicken on low. In my opinion, 6 hours is long enough...I did 8 hours and think it was too long. I also added pineapple and maraschino cherries for color and flavor. (optional). Let me know how it turns out for you. :)

Hi Carol, going to try this today. How long did you cook your chicken for (on low)? Thank you!
