Ingredients

1 bunch
celery
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 1/2 c
bean sprouts
2
green onions chopped
1 8oz can(s)
water chestnuts drained
1 c
baby corn spears cut up
2 c
cooked chicken cubed
1/4 c
water
3-4 Tbsp
cornstarch
1 20 oz box
chicken broth
1/4 - 1/2 c
soy sauce
chow mein noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

Slice celery diagonally.

Place oil in pot and saute celery for about 8 minutes

Add sprouts, chestnuts, corn, onion and chicken

In a medium bowl combine cornstarch and water.

When well blended add chicken broth and soy sauce

Pour over chicken mixture

Bring to a boil and stir until sauce becomes thick.

Cover and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes

Serve over chow mein noodles
