Ingredients

4
boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 c
fresh spinach
6 slice
prosciutto
8 oz
fresh mushrooms chopped
4 clove
garlic minced
1/2 c
white wine
1/4 c
chicken stock
1 pkg
lipton savory herb and garlic soup mix
6 slice
provolone cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 375 degrees.

2cook prosciutto until almost crisp
Spray a 13 x 9 baking pan.

3Add chicken to baking pan
Top with prosciutto followed by spinach and mushrooms

4In a bowl mix the wine, garlic, chicken broth, and herb and garlic soup mix.

5Pour over chicken. cover lightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.

6Remove from oven and top with cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted.
