Ingredients

1 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small cubes
1 Tbsp
sriracha sauce
64 oz
chicken broth
4 clove
garlic
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
lemongrass paste
1 Tbsp
chili paste
1 tsp
grated ginger
2 pkg
oriental flavored ramen noodles
1 c
shiitake mushrooms stemmed and sliced
4
green onions chopped
1 c
cilantro chopped
2 small
limes juiced

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix the chicken and Sriracha sauce together until well coated. Saute the chicken in oil until browned and almost done. Set aside.

Add the chicken stock garlic, lemongrass paste, chili paste, ginger, soy sauce, and the seasoning packets from ramen noodles together in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 3 minutes. Stir in the ramen noodles and cook 4 minutes. Stir in the chicken.

Add the lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
