- 1 carrot pared and grated and addded to squash
- 1 sm. onion, peeled peeled and grated and added to squah.
- 2lbs summmer squash, sliced, cooked & drained
- 1 stick of margarine, melted & mixed with 8 oz. pkg. of herb stuffing mix (dry)
1Add half of the buttered stuffing to squash mixture, Add 1 cup dairy sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted.. Turn into a shallow buttered casserole, top with remaining buttered stuffing.. Bake at 350 degrees over for 20 to 30 mins. Enjoy!
