1in a bowl combine the beer, barbecue sauce, onion salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper.
2add the chicken to the crock pot and pour the beer and barbecue mixture over.
3cook on low for 6 hours. shred the chicken using 2 forks and let cook for another 15 minutes with the top off. serve in buns, tortillas, over salad or over rice.
