I have made this dish a few times and have found out that it also goes well with fresh grated Parmesan Cheese as well.

Ingredients

8 oz
penne rigate noodles
4
boneless chicken breast (chopped)
olive oil for cooking
2 clove
garlic
1 small
onion
1 c
swiss cheese
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
milk
1 can(s)
mushroom stems and piecs
1 c
shredded mozzarella
1 c
bread crumbs
3 Tbsp
butter (melted)

Step-By-Step

1Cook Noodles

2Cook Chicken,Onions,mushrooms and Garlic

3Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degrees F.

4Assemble noodles and Chicken in 9 x 12 Baking Dish

5Mix together soup and milk in a bowl

6Pour soup and milk mixture over the chicken and noodles then add cheese and mix well

7Sprinkle Bread Crumbs over chicken mixture

8Drizzle Butter over bread Crumbs

9Cover with Aluminum Foil and Bake for 30 minutes

10Turn oven to 275 Degrees F then Uncover and Bake for another 10 Minutes
