Ingredients
- 2 pounds bulk pork sausage, no casings
- 6 cups water
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 6 medium red potatoes, cubed
- 4 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 - 8 oz packages baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans evaporated milk
How To Make sausage & more soup

Step 1In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a crock pot.

Step 2Stir in the water & soups until blended. Add the vegetables, bouillon, parsley & pepper.

Step 3Cover & cook on LOW 9 - 10 hours or until vegetables are tender. Stir in milk; cover & cook 30 minutes longer.

Step 4NOTE: The "& more" of this recipe is you can change it up to however you like it. You can also add carrots, celery, zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper or whatever else you can think of.
