Pound 6 chicken breasts between saran wrap, baggie, or waxed paper.
Make the Chicken thin.

Season the Chicken Breasts with garlic, black pepper, and a dash of rosemary, and salt.
Add any kind of cheese you would like with this recipe starting with Brie, Monterey Jack, Swiss, or Cheddar. Place the cheese on the inside of the Chicken Breasts and then add the Cranberries. Than roll up the Chicken Breasts.
Place the Chicken in the casserole dish and pour 1 cup of sauce over each rolled up Chicken Breast. Cook for 30 minutes till bubbly and the cheese is melted. 350 degrees for 30 minutes
