combine crushed crackers, salt and pepper in a bowl. Wash chicken breasts and pat them dry with a towel.
Dip each chicken breast in melted butter and then dredge through cracker mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet at 350. I cover my baking dish with foil to keep juicy. You can add extra butter at end of cooking time if needed. Normal cook time is 30 to 40 minutes.
