Rice Cooker

Ingredients

2 c
raw rice
1 stick
oleo
1 can(s)
ro-tel tomatoes
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 can(s)
beef broth
1 Tbsp
tony's creole seasoning
1 tsp
garlic powder
1
onion chopped
1
bell pepper chopped
1/4 c
chopped parsley
use one of the following:
2 lb
crawfish tails
2 lb
shrimp
1 1/2 lb
sausage (smoked)
1 1/2 lb
chicken pieces ,cubed

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all of the above ingredients into electric rice cooker;cover and cook, stirring occasionally.

After cooked, let steam on warm for about 10 minutes.
