Potluck Chicken Cassarole

- cubed, cooked chicken
- 20 1/2 oz
- condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (2 cans)
- 1 c
- sour cream
- 1 tsp
- celery seed
- 1 c
- crushed crackers
- 2 Tbsp
- butter, melted
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine soup and sour cream, mix until well blended; add cubed chicken and stir until all cubes are coated.
Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
2In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in the crushed crackers until well coated.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
3Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
