I just made this dish for dinner tonight and I'm impressed! The pork chops were the most tender pork chops I have EVER eaten. My hubby and I both loved it immensely. We will definitely be making this again.

I love using Golden Mushroom Soup. It's very rich gravy.

I make this a little different:

4 to 6 pork chops
1 can cream mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons parsley
4 to 6 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

My family absolutely loves it!
