Ingredients For poppy seed chicken casserole

5-6chicken breasts, cooked and seasoned (or)

2 canwhite meat chicken

1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 csour cream
-
1stack ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 stickbutter, melted

poppy seeds
How To Make poppy seed chicken casserole

1Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, or, if you use the canned chicken, drain and break up pieces.

2Mix the soups and sour cream in a large bowl.

3Add the chicken and mix.

4Put in a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with poppy seed.

5Bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
