Poppy Seed Chicken

- chicken breast, boiled and cut into cubes
- can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 16 oz
- sour cream
- sleeve of ritz crackers,crushed
- stick of melted butter
- 2 Tbsp
- poppy seeds
1Put the cooked chicken in a baking dish. Mix the sour cram and soup and put this over the chicken.
2Mix the crushed crackers and melted butter and sprinkle over the soup. Then sprinkle the poppyseeds over the top.
3Bake at 350* until bubbly and crusty.
