This is a great recipie if your craving Stir-fry for dinner. The soy sauce gives it's flavor while the pineapple gives it a bit of sweetness!

Ingredients

1/4 c
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
vinegar
1 Tbsp
ketchup
1/2 tsp
ground ginger

garlic cloves, minched
1 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 pkg
(16oz) frozen stir-fry begetables
1 can(s)
(8oz) can unsweetened pineapple chuncks, drained
hot cooked rice of your choice

Directions Step-By-Step

For Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, stir-fry chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or untill juices run clear. Add the vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or untill crisp-tender. Stir in the pineapple and the reserved soy sauce mixture; heat through. Serve the stir-fry over rice of your choice.
