i create this roasted chicken recipe for the people who didn't have time for a family dinner together,it contain peanut butter.

    chicken leg-thigh quarters (about 2 pounds),separated
  • 3/4 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian dressing mix
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1
    (3-ounce) package honey-roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 c
    fine,dry bread crumbs
  • 2
    garlic cloves,minced
  • 1 tsp
    sodium-free salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned pepper

How To Make peanut-roasted chicken

    Place chicken in a large heavy-duty,zip-top plastic bag.

    In a medium mixing bowl,combine peanut butter and next 4 ingredients;stir together.Pour mixture over chicken; seal and chill 30 minutes,turning occasionally.Remove chicken from marinade,discarding marinade.

    Process peanuts and remaining ingredients in a food processor until mixture is crumbly.Place crumb mixture in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag;add chicken and seal.Shake to coat.Place chicken in a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
