Parmesan Crusted Chicken

- chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- hot sauce
- panko bread crumbs
- parmesan cheese - shredded
- salt and pepper
1Nope didn't measure a thing so use your judgement, depends on how many chicken breast you are using.
2Lightly salt and pepper each side of chicken
In one bowl mix some buttermilk and hot sauce, not a lot of hot sauce maybe 7 shakes. In another bowl mix panko and parmesan and a pinch of salt & pepper.
3Dredge each piece of chicken in buttermilk then roll in bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish and bake until done. I turned my broiler on for a couple of minutes before I took it out of oven.
