Oven Fried, Fried Chicken!!! Yumm.....

Desirae Wagner

This is one of children's favorite dishes!! When it comes out of the oven it looks, feels, and tastes just like real fried chicken!! The seasonings are added to the cracker crumbs so when the chicken is rolled, then cooked the flavoring from the seasons infuses itself into the meat!! Yum.. Try it and let me know how you like it!! The great thing about baking it the chicken is not having to worry about the added fat that comes from the oil. I use a low fat Country Crock and its best to use it out of the fridge seems to stick to the chicken better!! Enjoy!!
