In saucepan combine catsup, jelly, mustard and onion powder. Heat over low heat until jelly is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and brown on all sides. When browned, place chicken in a roasting pan that has been coated with non stick spray. Pour jelly mixture over chicken and cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes. Enjoy!
